Everything was really good, the apartment is spacious, stylish, comfortable and calm, located in the stunning historical building in Riga center. Highly recommended for families. Please note there is no elevator in the building and it it the last floor.

Die Gegend ist sehr schön, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zu erreichen und ein kurzer Weg ans Wasser… die Wohnung war sehr sauber, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet… ich kann sie sehr empfehlen, auch ist die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr sympathisch und ich habe einen Wunsch zeitnah erfüllt bekommen. Es wurde ein neuer Toaster gekauft. Wirklich außerordentlich liebe und freundliche Vermieter! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!! Das Haus ist wunderschön, hat natürlich keinen Fahrstuhl und deshalb war die Challenge die 83 Steinstufen zur Wohnung, vor allem mit schwerem Gepäck, eine echte Herausforderung. Das war es aber auch schon an Unangenehmen.. sonst alles sehr zu empfehlen!!

It’s very central, next to the main street but not noisy. Very modern, new, clean and it has everything what you need for a short stay. Car parking is on the street but not a problem to get a spot. There is a table outside to enjoy your meals. For very hot days it’s quite to sleep as there was no air conditioner. It’s good for a couple but if it’s rainy/bad weather - it’s too small for a family.

Krásně vybavený apartmán v úžasné lokalitě. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. 5.patro prověří vaši kondici :). Oceňuji i rychlou reakci personálu, když jsme v apartmánu zapomněli jednu tašku. Díky a vřele doporučuji!

Liels paldies apartamentu saimniekiem par brīnišķīgo uzturēšanos! Dzīvoklis bija ļoti tīrs, moderns un skaists. Tajā bija viss nepieciešamais ērtai un patīkamai dzīvošanai. Mēs patiešām izbaudījām savu uzturēšanos un guvām lielu prieku no šīs pieredzes. Noteikti labprāt atgrieztos vēlreiz! -

A flat I would like to live in: Spacious (easily fitting 2 couples), well lit, quiet, has a little balcony on the 5th floor overlooking the inner yard and directly located in the most beautiful area of Riga - the Art Nouveau district. Only the water in the shower took some time to turn warm but during the heat of Midsummer, this was not an issue for us. Just around the corner you'll also find peaceful and artsy cafes, restaurants and bars, a supermarket and you can walk into the old town in less than 20 minutes which is really recommendable as you pass a lovely park on the way. Jane, the hostess, made sure that our stay was a pleasant and seamles experience providing help and advice whenever needed. Thanks again for your efforts, Jane! We will be definitely coming back again!

Very cozy and modern apartments in a great location. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to others. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator

Excellent location and surprisingly quiet being so close to the main street. It's very clean 👌 lots of bathroom products available and a nice shower. The kitchen has everything you could need. The outside space is far enough away from the main road to sit and relax with nice furniture. The sofa bed is easy to use, and the linin is clean and fresh. Not much...the main bedroom is accessed by a very steep stair/ladder with no hand rail so not ideal for children the elderly or anyone who has had a drink 😬. But the downstairs sofa bed is adequate if this is the case. Also, the lawn was being mowed quite late in the afternoon/evening when we were trying to have a pre meal drink outside again, very minor issues.

Pěkné, čisté, prostorné, klidné ubytování nedaleko centra. Kladně hodnotím obě vzdušné ložnice s dostatkem úložných prostor umístěné na opačných stranách bytu, takže se navzájem nerušíte a mezi nimi komfortní společný obytný prostor. Skvělé jsou elektronické zámky bez nutnosti nosit klíče. Celkově jsem byl mile překvapen kvalitou a vybavením.

Designul modern și curățenia. Este espresor și cafea. Dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur plăcut. Este situat la ultimul etaj și nu există ascensor. Nu există cuptor in bucătărie.
